My new system, built for gaming this time
Yep, got all the parts I need to start building my new system, all I’m waiting for now is my case :) here’s what I bought today at Fry’s:
ATI Radeon X 800XL
Turbo Memory Dual channel 2 gigs (1 gig per stick)
AMD Athlon 64 w/ HyperTrasport Techology
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Ultra X-Connect 550 Watt PSU
I also went down to Best Buy to pick up 2 new hard drives to replace 2 of the hard drives I currently have. A 80 gig Hard drive that well replace my current 40 gig and a 120 gig to replace my current 80 gig :)
The case that I ordered for overnight delevery is an ASPIRE X-PLORER case :) should be getting that baby in on Tuesday so til then, I’ll just be drooling over what came with the motherboard and look at some stuff :) PC games, here I come!
