So many things to do, so little time
Ok, so I didn’t got much done over this weekend that I was hoping to. I was hoping to clean my room yesterday (Saturday) but got halt by someone waking me up too early in the morning (ok, it was only 9 in the morning, but the night before I was up til 5 am!! Waking back up to find my TV and neon light on an half hour or so later!!!). Forced to go with my parents to drop the old hang of a grandmother who doesn’t understand English that well and is really freakin annoying (THANK GOD SHE’S GONE!!!!!), and keeps wanting to watch Bet-Nahran >_> I thought we’ll be going straight home after that, I was wrong…. I just don’t feel like talking about it here (read the entry below towards the end to know what I’m talking about). Anyways, it was about 6 pm is when we got home and I was even more tired then I was when I woke up so no cleaning room that day.
I had the chance to clean my room today but decided not to because I didn’t want to be even more tired going into work, Sundays is supposed to be the day where I could just relaxe and do whatever I damn please. Instead, today, we went out to Best Buy and exchanged this one power adapter for the correct one and I gotten myself 2 anime (THEY FINALLY RELEASED KALEIDO STAR SECOND SEASON HERE!!!!) and (in English) The World of Narue (to be more persisted for those who don’t pay attention to English titles: Narue no Sekai) box set.
I also started trying to get some other codecs to work to be able to start working on AMVs again, but it doesn’t seem to be coming out the way I want it to be >_>
It seems like my sister’s boyfriend watched a few anime before (not really the series, the OVA’s, like he saw the Ghost in the Shell movie and one other one that he couldn’t remember, he’s into those gore types) so I build him a DVD of the first ep of different series for him to try out. All ranging in different categories (yes, Elfen Lied is one of the eps that I’ve added :p )
In terms of work, it been a pain in the ass one after another >_> I’m still waiting for them to post that opening I heard that’s in tech support (goes to the site to see if it’s posted yet) nope, damn….
Oh… I haven’t talked about my monitor for while…. The last time I even mention it was over a month ago (Jan 16th). I think I said that they were waiting for UPS to pick it up or something. The thing is, THEY FUCKEN LIED!!!!!!! >_> Long story short, after FIGHTHING with them for a little over a month, got a hold of someone who saw this as stupid as I did, talked to her supervisor while having me on hold (see, I don’t mind being on hold like some people) and getting back to me to tell me that they’ll send me a replacement monitor of the same monitor (actually, an upgrade from what I had). So they sent me a VP201s (which is a 700+ dollars monitor, I only paid about 500 dollars for the VP2000s on eBay). I got it now but with 2 stuck pixels that won’t come unstuck, oh wells, not too much of a problem, I’ll work around it >_> But, yeah, I was getting tired of getting the run around from them, I was getting to the point to just ask to speak to a supervisor the minute I get someone but I would rather not to (like in this case, the lady did the talking for me without telling me that she would pass the info along and not get a freakin answer back).
More news, Lunar Anime is starting to release Bleach again :) I’m so happy! :)
