What pisses me off most

Is having to go through hoops to get a hold of someone to get a hold of another person to answer your fucking question!

I bet your wondering what I’m talking about, huh? Well, here it goes.

This story takes place during the preorder era for the XBox 360. I found a place who was still taking per-orders (as this is pretty late in the game). This place was brand new pretty much so I decided to go take the risk. When I ordered, I also had to order 4 games that I wanted, so I did and the total came out to be $631.88, no problem… Then my sister told me that one of her friends could of hooked me up so I email them and ask for them to cancel it, so they did… only to find out that my sister’s friend couldn’t so I went a head and re-preordered it but this time the order came out to be $641.88 (10 bucks more), no problem I though, and mind you, they take the money right away (compair to most places where they do not charge you until they’re about to ship it). XBox 360 came out, I already knew right away I wasn’t going to get one in the first batch (wouldn’t want the first batch anyways, the first few batches are always defects anyways), but about December, I sent them an email on how the progress is with the preorders (mind you how I said “preorders” and not “preorder” as I don’t care when I get mine), and a few days later someone emails me back and tells me what the current status is on all the pre-orders and what not. A month went by so I decided to check up again on the status of all the preorders and again gotten a reply back saying that they got so many in and they’re hoping to get everyone’s order in soon. I’m cool with that answer. A month and a half later, this getting close to where it all begins… a month a half later, once again, I sent an email asking for status, the guy told me that they were hoping to fulfil everyone’s orders with the next shipment that was coming in but they don’t know when that next shipment would be but to use there new “ticket” system a on Thursday that week for status… Friday comes, I open a new ticket (yes, Friday). Almost a month goes by with no replies so I decided to send an email…. no replies, so I closed that ticket and open a new one with the urgency level up by one (I set it Low the first time, this time I set to Medium). Another month goes by and now I’m pissed, because 2 tickets and an email went without answer. So, here I am, getting pissed just thinking about it and said fuck it, I open the one ticket I closed and open a new ticket setting the urgency level to Urgent and told them straight up that I do not like being ignored. I copied that message and emailed it to them as well… I told them that I was going to give them by next week to reply (since I just open that ticket last night) but I’m so pissed right now it’s not even funny… So I went to there partnering site and saw that they have someone on AIM, so I sent an IM to this one guy asking if they are related, in any way, with this site. The guy replies back saying that he is not but could pass a message down to the customer support manager. So I told him to pass down, and I quote, “Ok, could you also let them know that I’m a very easy going person but do not like to be ignored (I’ve been ignored for almost 2 and a half month (maybe more, I didn’t keep track that well)) and when people ignore me I keep angry…. so if he could get back to me soon (say… by the middle of next week), I’ll be happy.” The guy asked for my contact, gave him my email address and my work and cell number. He apologized for not being any more help, and I apologized for taking up his time. Now it’s a waiting game for a reply so I could give them a piece of my mind.

Anyways…. Continuing on what pisses me off.

Closers and LOs not doing there fucking jobs and making OUR (the term, “our,” is referring to me and my 2 bosses) jobs harder in terms of getting the loans purchase. On top of this, I’m trying to get MERS done and what not. I would say more, but what’s the point.

Now that most of my rant is done, I can honestly say that I’m really looking forward to the 25th of this month to take off to FAnime! I need some time off and have some fun in my life.
