I Swear I’m Not Dead (Yet)
I swear I’m not dead yet, just busy with real life. You know, life where it drags you around and chews you up and spits you out sometimes, that kind of life.
So what have I’ve been doing all this time? Very good question, I’ve been here, with a massive headache, now have all 4 monitors connected to my desktop, and been floor walking at work.
I’ll tell ya, floor walking is not what it used to be back in the old days. Floor walkers are like mini team leads now so we do call observations on agents and do couching like any other leads and supervisor does but at the same pay rate as a normal agent, completely different then what I’m used to when I floor walked for the VoIP specialty team.
Another thing I’ve been doing was helping out the Click 2 Chat agents (they’ve built me an account within their system) so last week when we didn’t have a class to worry about I was doing that or taking calls, depending on which queue was more busier.
But, yeah, been floor walking for 3 months now, this will be my 4th, not sure if there will be a 5th and if there is it won’t be until February since my company won’t do any new classes until after the new years.
Speaking of the holidays, how was your guys Thanksgiving week last week (for those who still mingles on over here)? Not long enough? Too long? Overdosed on turkey? Me, I thought it wasn’t long enough, I had 3 days off from work and still wish I was off for a week, guess I can dream, right?
But, yeah, floor walking, it’s completely different, and I knew this going in but didn’t knew how much was involved and what was different. It’s better than taking the calls, though, to be perfectly honest, plus I’m helping other agents which is what I like to do, I work better helping other agents as long as they’re willing to learn.

But, yeah, been pretty busy and get so tired that I just feel like doing anything but sit down and baked my brain away. Been watching anime still but not in the mood to talk about it (I should talk about a few of them but just too tired to think of how to word them). Hopefully soon I’ll talk about 2 of the anime that I’m watching that I really like and just, you know, talk about them.
OK, I’m rambling on now, time for me to hit the bed. Stay tuned as hopefully maybe I’ll talk more about awesomeness… Shut up scsa20 and go to bed now, OK, lates.
